We’re looking for a passionate Adobe expert and functional strategist who excels at blending marketing, technology, and experience design. You will possess extensive knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud and have a strong desire to translate business objectives into scalable, integrated solutions. Your leadership will be characterized by empathy, clarity, and a product-focused mindset, guiding clients and teams through complex digital transformations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the functional strategy for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, encompassing:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content management and delivery
Adobe Real-Time CDP for audience segmentation and activation
Adobe Target for personalized experiences
Adobe Campaign for cross-channel marketing orchestration
Adobe Analytics for gaining performance insights
Adobe Workfront for enhancing marketing workflows and content operations
Translating business goals into platform capabilities, comprehensive roadmaps, and well-defined user stories
Facilitating discovery workshops, identifying functional requirements, and guiding solution design processes
Managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and coordinating agile delivery teams
Driving platform governance and onboarding of new brands/sites while ensuring seamless integration with CRM, CDP, DAM, and analytics systems
Providing functional oversight for content creation, personalization efforts, campaign executions, and data activation strategies
Championing content supply chain transformations through streamlined planning, production, approval, and distribution processes utilizing Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets
Promoting Adobe best practices and innovative solutions (such as GenAI, real-time personalization, predictive segmentation)
Supporting change management, training, and stakeholder engagement across global teams
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in marketing technology and operations
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms like AEM, RT-CDP, Campaign, Target, and Workfront
Two years of experience in functional delivery and product ownership within agile environments
Bonus qualifications:
Adobe certifications (e.g., AEM Business Practitioner, Adobe Campaign, RT-CDP, Workfront)
Experience with GenAI tools for content generation and personalization
Familiarity with data modeling, API integrations, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Leadership in multi-brand, multi-region digital transformation programs
Possession of an MBA or advanced degree in marketing, technology, or business
Strong grasp of digital marketing workflows, content lifecycle management, and customer journey orchestration
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years of relevant work history)
