You are:

A marketing technology consultant with a strong enthusiasm for driving digital transformation within the Life Sciences sector. You possess practical experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and are excited to deepen your functional expertise in regulated settings. You appreciate the significance of compliant content workflows, omnichannel orchestration, and rapid go-to-market strategies in pharma, biotech, and medtech environments.

The work involves:

Delivering functional support across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including:

Leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for compliant content management.

Utilizing Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP) for Health Care Professional (HCP) and patient audience segmentation.

Implementing Adobe Target for personalized engagement experiences.

Managing orchestrated, multi-channel campaigns through Adobe Campaign.

Gathering performance insights with Adobe Analytics.

Facilitating regulated content operations and Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) workflows using Adobe Workfront.

Translating Life Sciences business requirements into actionable user stories and functional documentation.

Participating in discovery workshops and solution design sessions with a focus on regulatory considerations.

Collaborating with product owners, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and testing phases.

Enhancing the content supply chain by optimizing planning, production, and approval workflows via Workfront and AEM Assets.

Staying updated on Adobe platform capabilities, trends in generative AI, and digital marketing regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11).

Assisting in the preparation of training materials, documentation, and change management resources suited for regulated teams.

Here’s what you’ll need:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing technology or digital experience platforms, with familiarity in at least two Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., AEM, RT-CDP, Campaign, Target, Workfront).

2+ years of experience managing digital marketing workflows, content life cycles, and omnichannel engagement specifically within the Life Sciences field, along with knowledge of MLR review processes and tools such as Veeva Vault.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience supporting Adobe platform implementations in the pharma, biotech, or medtech sectors.

Familiarity with consent management, data privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11).

Adobe certifications (e.g., AEM Business Practitioner, Adobe Campaign, Workfront).

Experience utilizing generative AI tools or personalization engines within regulated environments.

Knowledge of integrating Adobe with CRM, Master Data Management (MDM), or HCP engagement platforms.

Experience in global content localization, modular content strategies, or omnichannel orchestration for HCP and patient journeys.

Experience working within agile or hybrid project delivery methods.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or at least 6 years of relevant work experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on several factors, including job location, role, skill set, and level of experience. We accept applications on a rolling basis, with no fixed deadline to apply.
