Global Technical Business Development Manager, Thermal MTDC

The Global Technical Business Development Manager, Thermal MTDC is responsible for driving growth through identifying new opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and developing technical solutions while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires deep data center knowledge, expertise in thermal system implementation and the ability to align product offerings with market demands.

Responsibilities:

Design and propose complex, tailored technical solutions that address business needs and align with company goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior executives at prospective and existing clients

Maintain strategic customer partnerships through technical discussions

Produce customer specific designs and presentations that align with their strategy

Work with internal teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands and achieve business objectives

Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Analyze market data and develop strategic business development plans

Translate technical requirements into business opportunities

Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Deep understanding of thermal products in the data center market

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal)

Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships

Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant business software

5-8 years of experience in technical sales or business development roles

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related technical field and / or relevant industry experience

Travel:

25% (including industry events and client meetings)
