Next Level Restoration & Remodel is an Albuquerque-based restoration and remodel company focused on professionalism, accountability, and quality execution. This position is a key part of that effort, owning the first point of contact for our clients and setting the tone for every project that follows.
The Role
Role Title: Client Intake & Scheduling Coordinator
Reports To: Operations Manager
Status: Full-Time, In-Office
You own the front door of the business.
Your job is to manage all inbound client intake for both restoration and remodel, qualify opportunities, and convert qualified leads into scheduled inspections or estimates while maintaining clean, accurate records in our CRM (EBI).This role focuses on pre-inspection communication and lead flow, helping operations and production teams stay focused on execution.

Qualified leads are documented and scheduled accurately
The schedule is protected from unqualified or misaligned appointments
CRM data is accurate, complete, and reliable
Clients feel cared for and clear on next steps before inspection
What Youll Do
You will:
Answer and manage inbound calls for restoration and remodel services
Qualify leads based on service type, urgency, location, and scope
Schedule inspections and estimates accurately based on availability and priority
Enter and maintain all lead and communication records in EBI
Follow up on missed calls, voicemails, web inquiries, and referrals
Communicate expectations and next steps clearly to clients
Coordinate scheduling with estimators and operations leadership
Escalate urgent or out-of-scope situations appropriately
Maintain a calm, professional, brand-aligned tone in all client interactions

This is a full-time, in-office role intended to be a long-term position as Next Level continues to grow.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly compensation, based on experience, communication skill, and demonstrated ownership of client intake and scheduling responsibilities.
