CNC Operator: West Bend, Wisconsin

Our customer in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking experienced individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting CNC Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring computer-controlled machines to produce precision parts while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities of the CNC Operator:

Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Load materials and set up machines for production runs.

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment as needed.

Follow technical blueprints, work instructions, and safety guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow.

CNC Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years recent CNC operating experience.

Proven experience with precision machining and CNC programming preferred.

Technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Pay for CNC Operator: $19-$20/hour, depending on experience.
