Crowe Overwatch Security is actively hiring current and former law enforcement officers to join our growing team as Tennessee-certified armed guards. We are expanding our footprint throughout the Cleveland, TN area due to increasing demand and are looking for professional officers who want long-term opportunity, flexibility, and advancement.

Requirement:

All applicants must hold a valid Tennessee Armed Guard Certification.

What This Role Involves:

Armed security services across multiple environments.

Hourly patrols and facility monitoring.

Professional interaction with clients and the public.

Opportunities to supervise other officers.

Opportunities to help bring in new business and earn referral compensation.

Compensation:

$31-$33 per hour, depending on experience and site requirements.

W-2 employment only - no 1099 work.

Covered under Crowe Overwatch Security's insurance.
