Project Manager - Municipal/Industrial (Water/Aquatic Facilities)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage municipal and industrial projects related to water and aquatic facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of water and aquatic facilities projects from initiation to completion
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to meet project requirements
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders
Utilize Bluebeam Revu for project documentation and collaboration
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve the project objectivesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, focusing on municipal and industrial projects
Strong understanding of water and aquatic facility construction processes
Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and other project management software
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Experience in estimating project costs and preparing budgets
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to water and aquatic facilities
