Strong ServiceNow expertise, especially CMDB
CI classes, relationships, and lifecycle management
Discovery, Service Mapping, Integration Hub ETL
Solid understanding of ITOM & ITSM modules
Incident, Change, Problem Management
ITIL v4 knowledge with focus on Configuration Management
CI data normalization, reconciliation, and duplicate elimination
Experience with automated discovery tools
Integration experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and enterprise systems
Basic scripting using JavaScript & Glide API

Work on assigned ServiceNow (SNOW) deliverables
Maintain and govern CMDB health and data accuracy
Configure integrations and automate workflows
Develop CMDB Health Dashboards, audit, and compliance reports
Support configuration management and ITIL-aligned processes
