Overview:
This role is a Full-Time, Seasonal, beginning in February and extending through April/May. This is a role that provides administrative and data entry support to the tax team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial and tax-related information. The position also supports accountants and tax staff with general administrative and data-related tasks during peak periods. Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to interact professionally with internal staff and external clients.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update financial and tax data accurately into firm systems and tax software
Scan, organize, label, and maintain digital client files to support tax preparation and review
Verify data for completeness and accuracy, flagging discrepancies to the tax team
Support accountants and tax staff with administrative and data-related tasks during peak periods
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal staff and external clients with professional demeanor
