Key Responsibilities
-Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across client sites.
-Supervise cleaning staff, manage rotas, attendance, and performance.
-Ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and client expectations.
-Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
-Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and stock control.
-Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
-Handle client enquiries, feedback, and service improvements.
-Support budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
-Assist with onboarding new contracts and staff training.
Requirements
0Previous experience in cleaning or facilities management.
