This is a seasonal position that will work at Highlands Aquatic Center during the summer starting in May of 2026.

Please note: this position requires availability to work weekends.

Under direction of the Facilities Operations Manager or Office Manager on Duty, provide excellent customer service by serving the guests at The Pool in a timely and friendly manner with tasteful snacks at the concession stand as well as handling various aspects of pool admissions and attendance.

Under direction of the Facilities Operations Manager or Manager on Duty.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF WORK

The Concession Attendant is directly responsible to the Facilities Operations Manager and for quality, efficient food service and sanitation of the concession facility and equipment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Attending all required training programs and meetings.

Preparing and stocking quality food and beverage products.

Providing prompt, efficient and courteous service to all patrons.

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of facility, equipment and supplies.

Reporting any needed repairs to Supervisor.

Following policies and procedures established for concession operation and employee conduct and practices.

Practicing and encouraging staff to practice customer service excellence.

Maintaining accurate attendance records for open swim sessions and aquatic programs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF WORK

Must be at least 15 years old.

First Aid and CPR (training available upon hiring).

City pays portion of OPERS Retirement Contribution.
