Content Marketing Manager

Remote USA & CANADA

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 USD

The Role

The Content Marketing Manager owns the end-to-end content strategy. You will plan, create, distribute, measure, and optimize content across the full funnel.

You will turn complex fintech topics into clear, compelling stories that educate the market and support revenue growth.

This role is hands-on. You will both think and do.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Content Strategy & Execution

- Build and manage a content marketing strategy and editorial calendar

- Create content across blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, LinkedIn, website copy, and gated assets

- Own content from concept through publication and optimization

- Repurpose content efficiently across channels

Content Production

- Write long-form and short-form content including blogs, white papers, webinars, event materials, and community content

- Partner with internal subject matter experts to translate technical topics into audience-friendly content

- Use automation tools to scale content production without sacrificing quality

Website & Digital Presence

- Maintain and optimize website content for brand consistency, SEO/AEO, and user experience

- Ensure gated assets and landing pages support lead generation goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams

- Align content initiatives with broader business and revenue objectives

Performance & Optimization

- Track content performance using data and analytics

- Define and monitor content marketing OKRs

- Use insights to refine strategy and improve results over time

Brand & Thought Leadership

- Help shape and maintain brand voice and messaging

- Support community engagement and thought leadership initiatives

- Build credibility and advocacy with clients and industry professionals

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of B2B content marketing experience

- At least 1 year in a startup or early-stage environment

- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or compliance-driven industries

- Proven experience with blogs, gated content, email marketing, and LinkedIn

- Strong understanding of full-funnel content strategy

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Figma, and Canva

- Strong SEO and AEO measurement skills

- Excellent writing, research, and storytelling ability

- Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Business, or related field
