Position Summary

The Warehouse Driver & Material Handler plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries. This position combines safe vehicle operation with hands-on material handling, inventory movement, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Deliveries

Safely operate company vehicles (box truck, van, or pickup depending on assignment) for local deliveries and material transport.

Load and unload materials at customer sites, job sites, or other company locations.

Verify delivery accuracy, obtain required signatures, and maintain delivery logs.

Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations. Warehouse Operations

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and merchandise.

Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or order pickers (training provided if needed).

Maintain clean, organized work areas, including aisles, staging zones, and loading docks. Inventory Management

Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.

Track inventory movements using handheld scanners or warehouse software.

Report damaged, missing, or defective items. Qualifications

Required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.

Strong work ethic with consistent attendance and reliability.

Ability to work effectively in a physical, fast-paced environment.

Basic computer or scanner literacy. Preferred

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery driving, or material handling.

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

Experience with inventory systems or handheld scanning devices. What We Offer
