Job Title: Electrical Installer

Pay Range: $24.00-$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am- 2:30pm

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, wiring, and assembling electrical components with a focus on accuracy, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate is electrically inclined, experienced with power tools, and brings passion, drive, and a self-starter attitude to their work. A background in HVAC-particularly with heaters and air conditioners-is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and wire electrical components and systems according to specifications and safety guidelines.

Read and interpret basic electrical diagrams, instructions, and measurements.

Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete daily tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical or mechanical issues as needed.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and installation goals.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.

Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Must be electrically inclined with a strong understanding of basic electrical principles.

HVAC experience-especially involving heaters and air conditioners-is a strong plus.

Proficient with hand tools and power tools.

Ability to read measurements, follow instructions, and complete tasks with accuracy.

Self-starter with passion, motivation, and the ability to work independently.

Mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality workmanship.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials as required (insert weight limit if needed, e.g., up to 50 lbs).
