Position: Environmental Litigation Attorney (Associate Level) Location: Washington, D.C.

Experience Level: 2 to 4 Years A leading AmLaw firm is seeking an Environmental Litigation Attorney to join its Washington, D.C.

office.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide spectrum of complex environmental litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters within a highly regarded government and regulatory practice.

What You Will Do: • Handle environmental litigation, including agency challenges under the Administrative Procedure Act • Work on matters arising under key environmental statutes, including the CWA, NEPA, ESA, and CERCLA • Support environmental due diligence and risk mitigation for corporate and real estate transactions • Advise clients on compliance matters involving RCRA, CAA, TSCA, FIFRA, CWA, CERCLA, and related state laws • Assist with environmental enforcement actions, climate disclosure, and ESG-related matters • Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams serving clients in the energy, chemicals, transportation, and other regulated industries What We Are Looking For: A licensed attorney with 2 to 4 years of experience in environmental law, litigation, or regulatory matters Experience with environmental statutes and administrative law challenges Prior private practice or in-house experience advising energy, chemical, or transportation clients preferred Strong academic credentials with excellent legal research and writing skills Ability to manage diverse matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Admission to the D.C.

Bar or eligibility to waive into the D.C.
