Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

Oversee subcontractor performance, quality control, and safety compliance

Communicate regularly with clients, design professionals, and internal teams to keep projects on track

Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and implement solutions in a proactive manner

Facilitate project meetings, RFI responses, submittal reviews, and project documentation

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)

Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in commercial construction

Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, schedules, and cost management

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, BIM 360, scheduling tools)

Ability to lead teams, build relationships, and deliver results under pressure

Commitment to safety and quality standards in all aspects of work
