Job Description
Assist in the coordination and administration of construction projects, including contract documents, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Communicate regularly with internal teams, subcontractors, design professionals, and owners to support project objectives
Monitor field activities and progress, providing feedback to project leadership
Support cost tracking, budget reporting, and schedule updates
Help enforce and promote safety best practices on site
Participate in project meetings and contribute technical insight and problem-solving
Facilitate quality control and documentation compliance throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
1-4 years of experience in a construction project engineering role preferred
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction management tools and software (e.g., Procore, BIM 360, MS Office Suite)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing project needs
Commitment to safety and quality
