Essential Functions
This position is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the Title III grant activities, including reporting, creating, and maintaining data systems related to student enrollment, demographics, academic performance, and other areas pertinent to grant activities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assists members of the Title III grant team with outcomes data monitoring and evaluation.
Serves as liaison to Institutional Effectiveness for Title III grant to develop and maintain a Power BI Dashboard that reports in real time progress toward performance indicators associated with grant outcomes.
Collaborate with colleagues in Student Services and academic departments to assist with the enhancement of tutoring services, pathways advising maps and processes, guided pathway integration into academic advising, improved financial aid advising, transfer planning, and early alert system utilization.
Assist with the development and delivery of tutoring services across the College including the pursuit of College Reading and Learning Association certification and the construction of tutoring facilities in the CBC Library and Student Success Centers.
Design, present, and evaluate effective orientation, transition, and retention programs for students matriculating into CBC.
Assist with the development and delivery of an enhanced career advising program.
Instructs 5 sections of courses in qualified discipline annually beginning in FY 2026.
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Innovation and Learning.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree with 18 hours in a Transfer and General Education/CTE teaching discipline or a Bachelor's degree with the ability to teach in a CTE or Allied Health discipline. Familiarity with dashboard systems, student outcomes evaluation, student information systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, or equivalent technology in an educational setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated familiarity with Educational Technology, Educational Administration, Student Development, and/or Educational Psychology.
Three years of post-baccalaureate experience working in higher education.
Demonstrated familiarity and experience with the SSIPP Framework for Advising Reform, iPASS initiatives, CRLA Certification, and/or institutional data reporting.

Travel Requirements:
Some travel is required to all CBC sites, state conferences and meetings.
