Role: Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Senior Developer

Status: US Citizenship is required, and the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
Work Location: Work is performed remotely, but if our federal client changes this policy, the candidate must be flexible to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD, as needed. Only local W2 candidates will be considered.

The Senior RPA Developer must have extensive experience in UiPath (including Action Center, Orchestrator, Insights, and Test Manager). The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile development environment.
Required:
Required / Minimum Qualifications
10+ years' experience with UiPath and VB.NET
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Intelligent Document Processing using OCR, UiPath Document Understanding.
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
SQL knowledge for handling data within RPA processes.
Experience with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in RPA applications and processes.
Experience with process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io).
Experience designing and architecting complete RPA processes and implementing them independently.
Experience in pre-development activities such as project intake and qualification of projects, Discovery/Requirements sessions, and technical documentation such as PDD and TDD.
Experience developing both new attended and unattended automations from a PDD and TDD.
Ability to design and develop Insight dashboards to communicate to the customer the ROI of the RPA.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
Strong communication skills: ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional groups - both technical and non-technical.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification
Experience in Python (NumPy and Pandas libraries)
Machine Learning / Agentic AI / Generative AI Experience
C# and/or other programming languages for custom automation coding
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) if applicable.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for UiPath (optional but attractive).
Experience developing UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects for a Federal Government agency.
US Department of Health Human Resources experience
Experience supporting both Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for developed automations concurrently with supporting development projects (i.e., managing multiple projects at a time).
Proficiency in using agile tools and software for tracking and reporting (e.g., ServiceNow, Trello, etc.).
