About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer Intern to join our team.

In this role, you’ll support the Buying team with key day-to-day tasks and gain hands-on experience in the product selection process that drives a leading luxury resale business.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn how data, trend research, and vendor relationships come together to shape the collections our customers love.

A minimum 20 hours per week commitment is required.

This position is unpaid, but we offer store credit and staff discount.

Key Responsibilities • Support the buying team with administrative tasks including printing and tagging new merchandise, organizing and filing, quality checks, hanging merchandise, and client follow-ups.

• Assist in the inventory management process such as daily queries and RFID status.

• Provide cross-functional support to buying, operations, and sales teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements • Proficiency in written and verbal English.

• Excellent product knowledge and strong interest in luxury designer brands.

• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Ability to balance analytical and creative tasks.

• Collaborative spirit and willingness to take a hands-on approach when needed.

Education Currently enrolled in or working toward a College or University degree/certification in Fashion, Business, or Merchandise Management.
