Location: Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore Urban (On-site) We are looking for a motivated and professional TeleCaller to join our team in Bangalore.

The Role Manage outbound and inbound calls to engage with potential and current customers.

Introduce services and handle customer inquiries effectively.

Maintain accurate call records and update CRM tools.

Meet daily and monthly engagement targets while maintaining high service standards.

What We’re Looking For Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (Required). Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Mindset: Customer-focused with great problem-solving and time-management skills.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or customer support is a plus.
