Responsibilities: * Maintaining cleanliness of common areas and restrooms throughout the day * Gathering, washing, drying, folding, and returning laundry * Maintaining the cleanliness of resident units - including but not limited to wiping counters, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, sinks, and showers.

* Light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs and taking out trash * Maintain proper levels of cleaning products * Performing all work in a safe manner Qualifications: * The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude * Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 45 pounds * Candidates must be comfortable interacting with others Friedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
