AI / ML Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Architect to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust AI/ML systems deployed at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures for production-ready solutions

Define data pipelines, feature engineering strategies, and model lifecycle management

Lead selection of ML frameworks, tools, and cloud services

Architect scalable model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring systems

Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product, and Business stakeholders

Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and scalability standards

Drive best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and model governance

Review model performance, bias, drift, and optimization strategies

Mentor ML engineers and data scientists

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of software/data engineering experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML architecture or advanced ML roles

Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

Experience designing large-scale ML systems

Expertise in data engineering, feature stores, and data lakes

Strong understanding of ML algorithms, NLP, CV, and Deep Learning

Experience with REST APIs and microservices

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Cloud & MLOps Expertise

Cloud platforms: AWS (SageMaker), Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI

MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker Pipelines

Model deployment & monitoring

Experience with real-time and batch inference

Nice to Have

Experience with GenAI / LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face)

Knowledge of RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

Experience with AI governance, fairness, and explainability (XAI)
