Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lightning Developer to join a global technology team supporting Salesforce implementations across retail and investment management banking clients. This role requires a confident, hands-on developer with strong coding expertise and deep experience building and enhancing Salesforce Lightning solutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with regional and global business requirements. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver a unified client ecosystem through best practices, integrations, and modern Salesforce capabilities.
Candidates should have 7–10 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to take ownership of complex development initiatives in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Lightning solutions to support retail and investment management business requirements.
• Take a hands-on role in implementing new features and system enhancements aligned with the overall Salesforce vision.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Components, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS following Salesforce best practices.
• Build rapid prototypes to visualize solutions and address complex technical challenges effectively.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party vendors and internal platforms using RESTful APIs and web services.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation to improve system adoption and usability.
• Work with databases using SQL and SOQL to support data-driven solutions.
• Apply DevOps best practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle using Agile methodologies.
• Develop and maintain Apex test classes and scripts to ensure high code quality and coverage.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
