Job Duties: Develop high quality code that is aligned with architectural design patterns. Collaborate with peer developers, QA, and architecture to find creative and elegant solutions to improve the current state of our applications while also designing for our future state. Participate in all scrum ceremonies and Program Increment(PI) Planning. An agile mindset to collaborate with the product owner, technical platform owner, and squad members throughout the product development life cycle to deliver product features rapidly. Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the application. Analyze complex business and competitive issues and discern the implications for systems support. Design, direct and perform analyses to resolve complex first-time project issues, including analysis of the technical and economic feasibility of proposed system solutions. Design projects with broad implication for the business and/or the future architecture, successfully addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues. Balances and negotiate the needs of multiple users and communicate the business advantages of various technical solutions. Manage customer expectations and ensure prompt and complete customer service. Customize presentations to the interests of the audience. 5 years of experience in software development plus demonstrated experience in: Sitecore 10.0 and above. Developing and maintaining websites using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Designing, implementing, and supporting Sitecore XP and XM Cloud-based solutions. Building and maintaining front-end applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks React/Angular. Integrating and optimizing search solutions using Coveo and SOLR. Automating deployment processes using Azure DevOps CI/CD tools, orchestrating automation across multiple environments. Developing and integrating

RESTful APIs, connecting frontend and backend services. Implementing feature flag management and progressive delivery using LaunchDarkly tool. Utilizing development tooling including Git, Bash, and PowerShell for efficient workflows. Working with cloud technologies including Azure Functions and PCF.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
