What You'll Do as an Administrative Professional 1
• Serve as primary entry point for incoming calls to Investigations section (e.g. screens & refers calls to appropriate staff; provide routine information & assistance via telephone, email & in-person to internal & external customers).
• Assist Investigation Supervisor 1 with the input of complaints & opening of new investigation case files.
• Assist with mailing &/or emailing correspondence to certificate holders, case witnesses, & other involved parties.
• Update investigations database for completed tasks.
• Scan case files &/or case packets for public record requests, 119 hearings, & Emergency Medical, Fire, and Transportation Services Board (EMFTS)/Firefighter and Fire Safety Inspector (FFSI) meetings.
• Maintaining case files on-site at the Division of Emergency Medical Services

OPTION 1: 1 yr. trg. or 1 yr. exp. in secretarial science or business office applications. For positions requiring technical terminology, applicants must also have 6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. exp. in relevant technical terminology.
