Salary: $125,000–$155,000/yr

About the Role

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Bridge Project Manager to lead complex bridge and structural design projects across local, state, and federal clients. This role owns full project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and team leadership. Ideal candidates bring strong technical expertise, leadership presence, and client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage bridge and structural design projects from planning through construction

Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and subconsultants

Oversee schedules, budgets, risk management, and quality plans

Provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycle

Mentor and develop engineering staff

Lead client communication and project status reporting

Support proposal development, interviews, and business development efforts

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural focus)

10+ years of bridge/structural design experience

Professional Engineer licensed in Virginia

Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Experience with DOT and public agency projects preferred
