Job Description
We are seeking a Live-In Personal Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial & Administrative Management
QuickBooks Oversight: Manage invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping to ensure financial records are current.
Inbox Zen: Oversee professional email correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters and drafting polished responses.
Scheduling: Coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and project deadlines.
2. Marketing & Social Media
Content Coordination: Manage and post updates across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to maintain brand visibility.
Digital Outreach: Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Brand Voice: Ensure all outward-facing communication aligns with the executive’s professional brand.
3. Travel & Logistics
Travel Management: Research, book, and coordinate domestic travel (flights).
On-the-Road Support: Accompany the executive on trips to provide on-site administrative and logistical support.
Personal Errands: Handle local logistics, including driving to appointments or managing specialized tasks as needed.
Basic IT skills: Computer savvy, drafting, Microsoft word, etc.
Basic House Management Skills: Cleaning, Cooking, Driving

Requirements & Qualifications
Category Requirement
Experience: 2+ years in an EA, PA, or Office Manager role.
Technical Proficiency in QuickBooks, G-Suite/Microsoft 365, and social media tools.
Licensing: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Travel: Willingness to travel on short notice (including weekends if necessary). Most travel is within the state
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills — a "people person" with a professional filter.
