Wage: $55,000/year + $300 Monthly Vehicle Allowance

Valid Ohio Driver’s License Required

About the Role

We’re hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee security operations across multiple client sites. If you’re a natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, this role puts you right in the center of daily operations and team success.

What You’ll Do

Supervise security officers and Field Supervisors across multiple locations

Conduct site inspections and ensure post orders are followed

Build strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews

Support new client start-ups and help shape site security plans

Coach, train, and develop staff; assist with corrective actions when needed

Manage schedules, staffing, and labor costs to ensure smooth operations

Review reports, maintain payroll accuracy, and complete required documentation

Respond to emergencies or incidents as needed

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of security operations experience (or equivalent)

High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s Degree preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to plan, organize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Reliable transportation and communication

Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Must pass background check and drug screening

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to remain calm during emergencies or high-pressure situations

Regular driving required

Occasional walking, bending, kneeling, or lifting up to 25 lbs

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

On-call availability for urgent situations
