Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

AppleOne is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in production, utilities, and facilities, ensuring compliance with ISO 22000 and minimizing operational downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance

• Assign and coordinate mechanics and maintenance technicians

• Reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency

• Execute and generate new preventive/predictive maintenance plans

• Support production and packaging line projects

• Manage contractors and maintain critical spare parts inventory

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO 22000 standards

Required Knowledge:

• Control systems (HMI, VFD, PLCs, sensors, Servo Drives)

• Instrumentation, analog signals, control valves, PID systems

• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics

• Proficient with electrical and temperature measuring tools

• PLCs: Rockwell (ControlLogix, SLC 500), Omron, Mitsubishi, Lenze

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (preferred) or Licensed Electrician

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in instrumentation/automation

• Minimum 5 years in the food manufacturing or manufacturing industry

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
