Salary: 30,000 – 70,000 + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions

Resolve technical and service-related issues

Provide accurate product/service information

Maintain CRM records and follow-ups

Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

IT / Technical background preferred

Excellent English communication skills

Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities
