We’re Hiring Learning & Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our luxury villa management company and lead the training and development of our teams.
This role focuses on soft skills training, service excellence, and building a strong people-first culture across all departments. The ideal candidate understands luxury hospitality, knows how to engage teams, and can translate brand values into everyday behavior.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing and delivering soft skills training programs, onboarding new employees, conducting refresher sessions, and continuously improving service standards. You will work closely with department heads to identify training needs, mentor staff, and ensure consistent guest-facing excellence across properties.
What We’re Looking For
A strong background in learning and development, hospitality, or service-led industries. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A hands-on, empathetic approach with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Prior experience in luxury, hospitality, or villa management will be an advantage.
Salary Range
35,000 – 40,000 per month
