Physical Therapist
Description:
Seeking a Physical Therapist to improve patient’s result and live a healthier life.
Must have qualifications:
-Current or eligible Physical Therapy (PT) license in the state of Missouri.
-Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
-Current CPR certification.
Nice to have:
-Hospital exp. in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
Duration: Full-time position
Work location: Rolla, MO.
*Signing bonus: $15,000 (requires a 2-year commitment)*
Key responsibilities:
-Evaluating patient status & developing care plans.
-Administer hands-on physical therapy to enable patient recovery & functional improvement.
-Advise patients, families & nursing staff on follow-through programs.
-Convey patient progress & concerns with supervisors & interdisciplinary team members.
-Assist with patient scheduling & post charges daily to patient records.
-Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer & accrediting requirements.
-Ensure equipment & treatment areas are safe and clean.
-Adhere to organization policies, professional standards, applicable state & federal laws.
-Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications/skills:
-Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
-Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of MO
-Current CPR certification
-Strong organizational & communication skills
