Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller – Digital Leads Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join The Mentors Circle team as an Inside Sales Executive.

The role involves engaging with new leads generated through digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Website forms), understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward booking a consultation or enrolling in our study abroad programs.

Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to new leads received from digital platforms.

- Explain our services and study abroad opportunities (Ireland, UK, etc.). - Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, and readiness.

- Schedule appointments or Zoom consultations with senior counselors.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.

- Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead engagement and conversions.

- Provide timely feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi). - Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or education counseling preferred.

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream). Work Location: - Noida Office: Wave One Towers, Sector-18 - Full-time, Monday to Saturday Salary Range: 18,000 – 25,000 per month + Incentives (based on performance) Growth Opportunities: - Career progression to Senior Counselor or Business Development roles.

- Training on international education counseling and digital sales strategies.
