Production Associate/Quality Inspector

Job Description

Salary: Starting at $20.00 per hour

What Youll Do

Inspect parts throughout the manufacturing process (incoming, in-process, and final)

Measure components using standard inspection tools

Read and interpret drawings and specifications

Document inspection results and nonconformances accurately

Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams

Support audits and quality checks

Help maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace

What You Bring

Ownership, accountability, and follow-through

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Clear, respectful communication

Willingness to learn and grow (GD&T included!)

Preferred (But Not Required)

Manufacturing experience

Exposure to ISO 9001

ERP or quality management system experience
