ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2025 after spending time in another State Farm office, driven by the goal of building my own agency and continuing my familys legacy as a second-generation State Farm agent. I studied science before shifting my path toward investing, and ultimately insurance, and Im a proud graduate of The Ohio State University. Outside of work, Im a dad to twin daughters, and I love food - trying new restaurants, supporting small local spots, and traveling whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Hunt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.

Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.

Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
