Seeking a U.S.-Based Long Term Collaborator (Remote)

KevestaDevs is looking to collaborate with motivated, professional individuals based in the United States to support interview processes for U.S.-based roles as part of our extended remote team.

We work closely with experienced senior developers and global engineering talent. Over time, our team has developed a structured, reliable approach to preparing candidates and supporting interview workflows for U.S. remote opportunities. Our focus is on long-term, trust-based collaboration.

Role Overview

Interview Representative / Coordinator (Non-Technical)

Remote · Flexible · Long-term collaboration

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is comfortable communicating in professional interview settings

• Does not need a technical background

• Does not need to handle development tasks or job execution

Your primary responsibility will be participating in interviews and meetings, with full technical and process support provided by our team.

Responsibilities

• Attend interviews and professional meetings as scheduled

• Communicate clearly and confidently with interviewers

• Share prepared updates and responses with support from our technical team

• Join short daily standups when needed (optional, lightweight)

You will not be responsible for coding, technical problem-solving, or task delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States

• Native or fluent English communication skills

• Professional, reliable, and comfortable in business conversations

• Basic computer literacy and stable internet connection

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in coordination, customer support, recruiting, or operations

• Basic software development experience

• Familiarity with remote work environments
