Coordinate mechanical layouts with electrical, structural, architectural, and controls disciplines

Apply firm and project drafting standards, BIM execution plans, and naming conventions

Support clash detection, constructability reviews, and model QA/QC

Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance as needed

Assist engineers with design development, redlines, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in mechanical design for complex facilities

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mechanical systems modeling required)

Demonstrated experience developing P&IDs for HVAC, cooling, or process systems

Strong background in HVAC and piping systems (chilled water, condenser water, process cooling, etc.)

Experience creating and managing custom Revit families

Solid understanding of construction documentation and coordination workflows

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables concurrently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in science & technology markets (data centers, mission-critical, semiconductor, life sciences, advanced manufacturing)
