Job Summary
We are hiring a full-time Machine Operator to support production of precision metal components in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This role operates previously set-up machines and focuses on quality, consistency, and safety.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, or CNC Operator Helper — training is available for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
Operate production machinery such as drill presses, lathes, broaches, or machining centers (set-ups provided)
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
Monitor machine operation during production runs
Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality standards
Measure parts using inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, pin gages, indicators)
Read and follow blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions
Accurately record production data
Maintain a clean, safe work area
What We’re Looking For
Manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred (not required)
Ability to read basic blueprints and follow work instructions
Attention to detail and quality
Basic computer skills
Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
Safety-focused attitude
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (heavier items with assistance as needed)
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
