LAMCO Slings & Rigging, Inc., is a family owned manufacturer and distributor of overhead lifting products for the industrial, construction, utilities and transportation markets.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve customer inquiries will be essential in maintaining our high standards of client satisfaction. Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, in person, and email, ensuring a positive experience.

Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs.

Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards effective resolutions.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.

Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services when appropriate.

Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding client services.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.

Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.

Ability to work in an office environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Familiarity with sales techniques is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience with AP, AR, and Purchasing are a plus.

Experience in the Manufacturing industry is a plus.
