$7,500 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will support the physician or mid-level provider with assisting in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care. He/she will be required to coordinate the care with other services or outside health care providers. The LPN will serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider and all other health care providers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Practical Nursing diploma required

-Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required

-CPR certification from the American Heart Association within the first year of hire required
