As a CRNA, you will work collaboratively with anesthesiologists to provide safe, efficient anesthesia and analgesia care for surgical and obstetrical patients across both hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings. CRNAs are valued clinical partners and are encouraged to integrate education, leadership, research, and consultation into their roles.
Youll practice in a medically directed model with a strong culture of mutual respect among CRNAs, anesthesiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams. Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Shift Options: 8-, 10-, 12-, and 16-hour shifts available
Self-scheduling for maximum flexibility
Call:
One overnight call shift per month
Guaranteed post-call day off
Call hours count toward the 40-hour work week
Weekends: One weekend per month

Base Salary: Starting at $230,000+
Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
SRNA Stipend: Up to $2,000/month for up to 12 months while completing training
Pay Differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends
