Expected pay for this position is $55.20 - $63.65/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

OSF Pulmonology Clinic seeks an experienced APN or PA to join our established team. In this role, you will enjoy the ability to provide outpatient care while collaborating with other providers on complex cases. The primary patient panel is comprised of mostly COPD, asthma, abnormal CT, lung nodule, and sleep apnea patients. This role will require an initiative-taking provider that can use critical thinking skills to provide care independently. In the future, the opportunity to provide inpatient pulmonology care in addition to clinical support could be option. At OSF we use our expertise in the latest technology, along with proven therapies and diagnostic techniques, to help patients breathe better, so you can lead a normal, active life.

Job Specifics

Collaborate with other providers to deliver high-quality and safe pulmonology.

Familiarity with COPD, asthma, and patient consultation.

Supports creating a culture of innovation and growth, encourages open discussion of ethical and clinical concerns and willingness to give and receive real time feedback.

Expected daily census, twenty patients.

Schedule: 40 hours a week Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays

Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $55.20- $70.09

Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
