Requirements

Meyers+Associates seeks a qualified applicant as a 10-week paid interior design intern to work on various tasks within the firm. The intern’s tasks will be incorporated throughout all project phases: programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration. Candidates will be integrated into project teams to gain experience with several interior design projects progressing through different phases of the design process.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

Strong design skills and a passion for creativity

A high degree of self-motivation: able to take initiative and go above and beyond tasks given

Ability to work through and meet quick deadlines

Ability to work and coordinate with a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through February 28. Interviews will be conducted in early March, with final decisions by March 20.
