Job Summary:
The Client Support Service Professional handles inbound customer service calls related to Client accounts, products, and digital platforms. This role requires responding to client inquiries with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency while consistently meeting department performance metrics. The position supports cash management services, online and mobile platforms, and general account or financial inquiries, delivering world-class client service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls regarding Client account and service inquiries
Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to client questions
Support Client Cash Management products and services
Assist clients with Client Online website and Mobile App navigation and usage
Address general account-related and financial inquiries
Meet or exceed key department performance and quality metrics
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial services policies and procedures
Contribute positively in a fast-paced, team-oriented contact center environment
Multi-task effectively and adapt quickly to changes in workflows and priorities
Required Skills:
