Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Part-Time Self-Storage Manager to oversee daily operations at our facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, providing great customer service, and keeping a property running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with rentals, move-ins, and move-outs
Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
Process rent payments and maintain tenant records
Monitor unit availability and occupancy
Perform routine property inspections for cleanliness and security
Coordinate basic maintenance and report issues as needed
Enforce facility policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Customer service or property management experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and reliably
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk the property and perform light lifting
Pay: $17.50 – $19.00 per hour
Perks: Quarterly bonuses based on move-ins
REQUIREMENT: Must be able to work Saturdays
