Remote - Senior Rust Engineer (Web3 Operations)

We need a senior Rust engineer to help us build high-performance systems that chew through millions of Solana transactions in real time.

Required Skills and Experience

What You Bring

The Non-Negotiables

4+ years writing production Rust

Expert-level Solana knowledge (you understand transactions, programs, RPC, Geyser—all of it)

Deep expertise in parallelism & concurrency (tokio, rayon, async patterns, lock-free structures)

Microservice architecture experience

Solid with PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, and ClickHouse

Worked with RabbitMQ or similar message queues

Comfortable with gRPC and WebSockets

Bonus Points

EVM/Ethereum experience

Familiarity with Carbon or other Solana decoders

Kubernetes knowledge

Background in trading systems or financial data

You've built real-time streaming pipelines before
