Four Hands is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing warehouse team! The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of duties to manage the flow of reverse logistics materials including, but not limited to, inbound processing, product inspection, and product disposition.

In This Role

Handle equipment such as a power saw, table saw, and radial arm saw to cut wood at a precise length

Ability to use and read a measuring tape

Assemble pallets using air powered nail guns

Handle finished materials and move them to appropriate storage areas within the warehouse

Ability to identify items on all paperwork – including, but not limited to:

Customer orders and labels

Manifest documents

Packing list

Stock receipts

Bill of ladings as needed

Meet productivity requirements as needed

Maintain an exceptionally clear and safe work environment

Comfortable working independently and in a team environment

Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team

Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person

1+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations

Forklift operator experience/certification a plus

Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Experience in metric reporting using Microsoft Excel desired, but not required

Ability to creative problem solve

Willingness to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities

Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. without assistance

Ability to stand/lift for up to 8 hours
