Press Brake Operator

We are seeking an experienced Press Brake/Fabrication Operator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC press brake setup and operation, strong blueprint reading skills, and a commitment to quality and precision. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced fabrication equipment in a quality-driven environment while expanding technical and fabrication skills.

**Salary: $22 an hour and up based on experience**

**Shift: 1^st^ (Monday through Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm**

**Job description:**

- Perform setups and operate 85 - 175 ton CNC + ATC Amada + Toyokoki Brakes (cannot be merely operators)

- Blueprint reading and interpretation

- Quality checks within tolerances of + .005 and degree.

- Measure and record results of part dimensions + characteristics using calipers and mics.

- Adjust offsets.

- Work with ISO procedures /quality standards is beneficial.

- Learn Hardware insertion tasks.

- Operate Finishing equipment such as a fladder, hand grinders, deburring equipment, etc.

- Use a variety of power/air and hand tools including rivet gun.

- Pallet jack experience

**Requirements**

- 2-3 yrs. knowledge + experience in Press Brake operation

- Fabrication experience a plus

- Ability to use calipers, micrometers and do visual inspection

- Ability to use hand and power tools

- Minimal computer experience (Word/Excel, business software system).

- Organizational skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to pass a preemployment screening
