Step Into a Precision-First Role
Picture starting your afternoon in a spotless, well-organized shop, picking up a print for a moderately complex part, and deciding the best way to attack the job. You’ll set your workholding, dial in offsets, and bring parts into spec on both CNC and manual equipment—then verify with micrometers, dial indicators, and Vernier calipers before coaching a junior teammate on a smarter tooling approach. If that sounds like your ideal day, this role is for you.
